The country has been experiencing partly to generally cloudy weather since last night due to a western low-pressure system. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, light rainfall occurs in one or two places in the Sudurpaschim Province.
Senior meteorologist Pratibha Manandhar stated that rain is possible in the central and western regions and snowfall in the high hills and mountainous areas.
This weather condition may affect daily life, health, transportation, tourism, and air travel. The department has advised the public to take necessary precautions. However, the weather is expected to improve starting Friday.
