Two men were shot dead on Tuesday night in Bihar’s Saran district, India. Police are actively searching for the people involved in the attack.
According to Indian media, the victims were Amarendra Kumar Singh and his friend Shambhunath Singh. The incident happened around 8 PM when they were returning home after closing a Godrej showroom run by Amarendra.
The shooting occurred near the Chhapra Telephone Exchange. Both men were seriously injured and rushed to Chhapra Sadar Hospital. Sadly, doctors declared them dead on arrival.
Police have released a statement saying strict security has been enforced in the area. Authorities have been ordered to quickly catch those responsible. An investigation is underway.
