K-pop superstar BTS JIN has officially released his brand-new mini-album titled Echo, a project packed with heartfelt messages and powerful vocals. The EP includes seven tracks:

- “To Me, Today”
What Echo Is All About
About a month before the release, JIN teased Echo as a project that shares his personal view of life’s everyday emotions. According to the artist, this album is meant to reflect universal life experiences, full of warmth and sincerity.
The album is built around dynamic band sounds, and shows off JIN’s versatile voice, switching smoothly between different moods and styles. It also highlights his growth as a solo artist, with more mature vocals and deeper storytelling than ever before.
Follows the Success of Happy
Echo comes after JIN’s first solo EP, Happy, which dropped in November and hit No. 4 on the Billboard 200. That project featured the single “Running Wild,” which became JIN’s second solo entry on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at No. 53. His first solo hit, “The Astronaut,” reached No. 51 back in 2022.
First BTS Member to Complete Military Service
The new EP arrives nearly a year after JIN made headlines as the first BTS member to complete South Korea’s mandatory military service. He was discharged in June, and fellow BTS member J-Hope followed in October.
The rest of the group—RM, Suga, V, Jimin, and Jung Kook—are expected to complete their service by June, setting the stage for a group reunion in the near future.
BTS JIN to Perform on The Tonight Show
To promote Echo, JIN will appear on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday, May 21. This marks one of his first major U.S. TV performances since his military return, and fans are excited to see the beloved vocalist shine again on stage.
