Popular graphic design platform Canva is currently experiencing a server outage, which is disrupting designers, marketers, and content creators who rely on it for photo and video editing. The issue has forced many users to look for alternative tools to complete their projects.
Canva users began experiencing problems early today, with most reporting difficulties in uploading images. Acknowledging the issue, Canva stated, “We are aware of an issue where users are unable to upload images and are currently investigating,” as of 15:51 AEDT (10:21 AM IST).

According to outage-tracking website DownDetector, reports of Canva’s malfunction started around 9:27 AM NST and quickly surged, reaching at least 51 complaints by 10:27 AM. Users from major cities like Kathmandu, Biratnagar, Jaipur, Kolkata, Nagpur, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Madurai reported issues.
Frustrated users also took to social media to express their concerns, with many sharing their disappointment about the downtime.
