England Cricket Team is all set to begin a new era in white-ball cricket under their newly appointed captain Harry Brook, as they announce a strong lineup for the upcoming home series against West Indies.

England Cricket Team Begins New Chapter Under Brook

The England Cricket Team will play three ODIs and three T20Is against West Indies, starting from May 29, 2025. All matches will be held in England, with the ODI series taking place first, followed by the T20Is.

The ODI series will kick off at Edgbaston, Birmingham, with the second and third games scheduled for Sophia Gardens (June 1) and Kennington Oval (June 3). The T20I series will conclude on June 10 at The Rose Bowl, Southampton.

Salt Dropped as England Announce Squads

On May 13, the ECB named a 16-member ODI squad and a 15-member T20I squad. Notably, Phil Salt has been dropped from the ODI team but features in the T20I squad.

England Cricket Team Looks to Climb Rankings

Currently ranked eighth in ICC ODI rankings, the England Cricket Team is at risk of falling behind the West Indies, who sit ninth. If the Caribbean side wins the series, they may leapfrog England in the standings.

Shai Hope will captain the West Indies in the ODI series.
