Raashii Khanna, one of the lead actors of the hit web series Farzi, recently confirmed that Season 2 is on the way. In a conversation, Raashii shared that the sequel is definitely happening, but the team is still in the writing stage.
She said, “Raj-DK are working on the script, and I was told that they’re still in the writing process. Shahid and I are just as clueless as everyone else about the details right now. We’re eagerly waiting for the call from them to begin shooting once the script is ready.”
Raashii, who plays Megha Vyas, an officer from the Reserve Bank of India, also mentioned that she’s excited to get started on Farzi 2 and hopes the shooting will begin sometime this year.
The series, starring Shahid Kapoor, Raashii Khanna, Vijay Sethupathi, and Kay Kay Menon, follows a small-time artist who gets entangled in the dangerous world of counterfeiting. The show has become a fan favourite, thanks to its gripping storyline and stellar performances.

The ensemble cast of Farzi also includes talented actors like Bhuvan Arora, Chittaranjan Giri, Zakir Hussain, Jaswant Singh Dalal, Amol Palekar, Kubbra Sait, and Regina Cassandra in key roles.
On the work front, Raashii Khanna was last seen in the Tamil movie Aghathiyaa, alongside Jiiva and Arjun Sarja, and is currently looking forward to her next projects.
