Garima Development Bank Limited (GBBL) has announced a cash dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profits of the previous fiscal year. The bank will distribute a 5% cash dividend (including taxes) based on its current paid-up capital.
This decision was made during the bank’s board meeting on 5th Poush. The dividend will be distributed after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and passing the proposal at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
