A helicopter crashed in Uttarkashi, India, killing five people and injuring two others.
The helicopter flew from Dehradun to Harsil when it crashed near the Bhagirathi River in a hilly area beyond Gangotri this morning.
According to the news agency ANI, there were seven people on board. Five died in the crash, and two are seriously injured.
The cause of the crash is not yet known, and the identities of the victims have not been confirmed.
