Director Sailesh Kolanu has achieved a major milestone with HIT: The Third Case, which has officially crossed the ₹100 crore mark at the worldwide box office — a first for both the filmmaker and the HIT franchise. The film, starring Nani as SP Arjun Sarkaar, released on May 1 and stormed through its opening weekend, collecting ₹101 crore globally in just four days.

Production house Wall Poster Cinema shared the exciting update on Monday, calling it a “massive” weekend for the action-packed thriller. “SARKAAR’S CENTURY. 101+ CRORES GROSS WORLDWIDE for #HIT3 in 4 days,” they posted, urging fans to book tickets and celebrate the film’s roaring success.

Actor Nani also expressed his gratitude with a heartfelt post on social media, accompanied by a celebratory photo. “Thank you. This weekend. You gave us and cinema 101 reasons to celebrate. #HIT3,” he wrote. With HIT 3, Nani now has multiple ₹100 crore films under his belt — Saripodhaa Sanivaaram reportedly surpassed ₹100 crore, while Hi Nanna earned ₹76.35 crore. His 2023 release Dasara remains his highest grosser at ₹118.5 crore.

About HIT: The Third Case

The third entry in the crime-thriller series sees Nani portraying SP Arjun Sarkaar, a sharp and determined police officer tasked with investigating a series of murders that follow a familiar pattern. Srinidhi Shetty plays his romantic partner, Mrudula, while Prateik Babbar takes on the role of the menacing antagonist, Alpha. The film’s gripping narrative and solid performances have contributed to its blockbuster run.

Looking ahead, the franchise is set to expand further with HIT: The Fourth Case, which will introduce Karthi as ACP Veerappan — a fresh lead in what has now become one of Telugu cinema’s most successful investigative series.
