KP Sharma Oli has said that he does not need to answer why Kulman Ghising was removed from his position. He expressed this during a National Volunteer Meeting organized by the National Youth Association Nepal in Kathmandu.
Oli’s Explanation
Oli mentioned that removing one person and appointing another is the government’s decision, and that itself is the answer. He criticized those who are creating unnecessary drama over this decision. According to him, the government does not appoint officials based on public pressure but based on the country’s needs and the right person for the job.
Blames Opposition for Obstruction
Oli also accused the opposition of trying to block the parliament instead of allowing the government to pass replacement bills before the March 31 deadline. He requested the opposition not to behave recklessly and to cooperate in running the country smoothly.
Warning to Opposition
Oli warned the opposition parties not to speak carelessly about the government’s actions. He said that if they continued to disrupt the process, they would face the consequences. Oli also made it clear that no one has the power to take away the rights earned by the Nepali people through struggle.
Message to Youth Association
As the chairman of the CPN-UML, Oli instructed the youth association to strongly oppose any anti-development forces or those trying to disrupt progress. He emphasized the need for youth power to protect and support the government’s work.
Oli made his stance clear that the government’s decision regarding Kulman Ghising is final and does not require explanation. He also urged the opposition to cooperate instead of obstructing parliament and warned them against disturbing the country’s development efforts.
