A powerful earthquake of 7.1 magnitude struck Nepal on Tuesday morning, shaking the nation and parts of North India. However, the tremors did not deter actress Manisha Koirala from maintaining her fitness routine.
Manisha took to Instagram to share a video of herself walking on a treadmill. In the clip, she is seen dressed in a warm jacket, orange gym tights, and a baseball cap, walking briskly at high speed. She captioned the post: “After #earthquake woke us up in the morning!!”
The earthquake, recorded at 6:35 AM (IST), had its epicentre near the Nepal-Tibet border at latitude 28.86° N and longitude 87.51° E, with a depth of 10 kilometres, according to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS). Tremors were felt across Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim, and Delhi-NCR.
