A violent knife attack occurred in Chandragiri Municipality–4, Godamchowk, on Saturday night, leaving a man seriously injured.
According to SP Apilraj Bohora of Kathmandu District Police, 46-year-old Sukbahadur Lama was stabbed below the neck during a heated dispute. The suspect, 32-year-old Maheshwar Lama, who lives in the same area, has been taken into custody by police from the Thankot station.
The victim received initial treatment at the Godam Health Post and is now under further medical care. Police confirmed that the attacker also sustained minor injuries.
