A private jet crashed into another aircraft at Scottsdale Airport, Arizona, on Monday afternoon, according to CNN. The accident has left one person dead and three others injured.
The crash happened when a small Learjet 35A, attempting to land, collided with a parked business jet. The Learjet reportedly belongs to Mötley Crüe singer Vince Neil, but his representative, Borick Robinson, confirmed that Neil was not on board.
The jet had taken off from Austin, Texas, and landed at Scottsdale Airport around 2:45 PM. According to airport official Kelly Kuester, the crash was caused by landing gear failure.
Fire Department Captain Dave Folio stated in a press conference that one person died at the scene, two are in critical condition, and one has minor injuries.
