Vicky Kaushal, one of the most talented actors in Bollywood, is all set for his next big release, Chhaava. The historical drama, directed by Laxman Utekar, stars Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna alongside Vicky. The film tells the story of the great Maratha king, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. Fans are excited to see Vicky in this new and powerful role when the movie hits theaters on February 14.
But Chhaava is not the only film that fans are eagerly waiting for! After this, Vicky will be seen in Love & War, directed by the famous filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. This film will also star Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Recently, Vicky shared his excitement about working with Bhansali for the first time.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Vicky said, “It’s a dream come true to work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. I am learning a lot from him. I have also worked with Ranbir and Alia before, so I feel very comfortable with them. This is my second film with both after Sanju and Raazi. They are very talented actors, and working with them is always fun.”
While Love & War is Vicky’s first film with Bhansali, it marks his reunion with Ranbir and Alia. In 2018, he played Alia’s husband in Raazi and was seen as Ranbir’s best friend in Sanju. His chemistry with both actors was highly appreciated, which is why fans are excited to see them together on-screen for the first time.
Apart from Chhaava and Love & War, Vicky is also working on Mahavatar, directed by Amar Kaushik, where he will play Chiranjeevi Parashurama.
