BTS Unveils First Live Album ‘Permission to Dance on Stage – Live’ Ahead of Comeback

ARMY, get ready to dance once again! Global K-pop sensation BTS has just announced the release of their first official live album, Permission to Dance on Stage – Live, offering fans a front-row experience of their unforgettable world tour. The release comes just before the group’s much-awaited comeback, stirring a wave of excitement across their massive global fanbase.

A Celebration of BTS’s Historic Tour

The Permission to Dance on Stage tour began as an online event in October 2021, but due to overwhelming demand, quickly evolved into a full-scale international spectacle. The group held 12 sold-out concerts in Seoul, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, drawing over 4 million fans in-person and online. The tour marked one of BTS’s most ambitious and emotionally resonant eras, capturing the essence of live performance during a time the world craved connection.

Fans can now relive that magical era through this live album, which features 22 powerful tracks, including fan-favorite anthems like Dynamite, Butter, Life Goes On, Boy With Luv (feat. Halsey), and ON. It’s the first time these performances will be officially released in audio format — a nostalgic yet fresh experience for ARMYs worldwide.

A Special Digital Edition from Seoul

In addition to the album, BTS is also releasing a digital companion titled Permission to Dance on Stage – Seoul. This edition includes a 141-minute HD video capturing the group’s final Seoul concert held at the Olympic Stadium in March 2022. Fans can also enjoy a 92-page interview photobook filled with candid moments, behind-the-scenes stories, and exclusive member reflections.

This digital package will be accessible through a Weverse digital card, allowing fans to unlock high-definition video-on-demand content and dive deeper into the BTS concert universe.

Teasing the Comeback

The announcement was made on BTS’s official X (formerly Twitter) account, where the group posted a playful caption referencing their hit single:
“Cause we didn’t need permission to dance—then, and there.”

As BTS gears up for their next musical chapter, this release bridges the past and the future — letting fans revisit unforgettable memories while looking ahead to what’s next.

For ARMYs, this live album is more than just music — it’s a celebration of resilience, unity, and the pure joy that only BTS can deliver.
