At the 2025 Oscars, Miley and Selena were spotted spending time together and getting along wonderfully. The chemistry between the two seemed to be enhanced by the fact that their significant others, Miley’s boyfriend Maxx Morando and Selena’s fiancé Benny Blanco, also hit it off. The group is now planning a fun double date at Selena and Benny’s home, where the couple will be preparing dinner for everyone.
Miley and Selena’s friendship has had its ups and downs over the years, with one of the earliest tensions sparked when both of them dated Nick Jonas—Miley from 2006 to 2008 and Selena briefly in 2008. Their rocky relationship went public when, in 2014, Miley tossed a cardboard cutout of Selena offstage during one of her concerts.
