Today marks Nani’s birthday, and the actor celebrated the occasion by gifting his fans an intense teaser of his much-anticipated film HIT 3, the latest installment in the HIT franchise. In this third film, Nani takes on a darker, more violent role, shocking fans with his intense new avatar.
While the first two films in the series, which starred Vishwaksen and Adivi Sesh respectively, leaned more toward investigative thrillers with action-packed moments, HIT 3 takes a grittier turn with a focus on violence and gore. Nani plays Arjun Sarkaar, a tough police officer who uses extreme methods of torture and brutal force to extract information from criminals and suspects, wielding his “laathi” as a tool of intimidation.
The teaser reveals Arjun’s no-nonsense approach, highlighting that his aggressive tactics were his original style, challenging the conventional perceptions about him.
Directed by Sailesh Kolanu, the film is produced by Prashanti Tipirneni under the Wall Poster Cinema banner, in partnership with Nani’s own Unanimous Productions.
The film also stars Srinidhi Shetty alongside Nani and features a musical score by Mickey J. Meyer.
HIT 3 is scheduled to hit cinemas on May 1, 2025.
