Rastriya Swatantra Party President Rabi Lamichhane has been released from Chitwan District Police custody. He was freed after submitting a bank guarantee of Rs. 54 lakh, as the Chitwan District Court required.
After leaving the court, Rabi said he believed in the justice system. He described the situation as the “pain of change.”
He stated, “Chitwan is a sacred land, and change begins here. This is not about an individual but about transformation. Just like a mother experiences pain during childbirth, this is the pain of change. No one should cry over this. I have faith in the respected court.”
