There was a scuffle between the police and a pro-monarchy group in Tinkune, Kathmandu. Tension arose between the two sides a short while ago.
The police intervened when the group attempted to move towards New Baneshwor, violating a restricted area.
This led to a brief scuffle.
Meanwhile, the police are using loudspeakers to urge protesters to demonstrate peacefully.
