A woman has been found dead in Banepa, Kavrepalanchok.
According to the police, the body was discovered at Hotel View Guest House in Banepa Municipality-8 around 5:30 PM on Thursday.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Gyan Bahadur Khadka from the Banepa Area Police Office said that the deceased has been identified as 23-year-old Sharmila Shrestha. She was originally from Ramechhap and lived in Banepa-6, working at a local medical store.
The police suspect it could be a case of murder based on the nature of the incident. An investigation is currently underway.
