Ambulance Carrying Dead Body Crashes in Ramechhap

An ambulance carrying a dead body to Kathmandu met with an accident in Ramechhap’s Khanda Devi Rural Municipality, Sitkha Goganpani area.

The ambulance, registered as Pra-3-01-002 Jha 5803, fell nearly 100 meters off the road. Four people were inside the vehicle, and three of them were injured.

According to DSP Bhola Bhatt from Ramechhap Police Office, the injured are 24-year-old driver Suresh Magar, 41-year-old Narayan Bahadur Nepali, and 53-year-old Dil Bahadur Damai—all from Ramechhap.

They were rescued and sent to Dhulikhel for further treatment in another ambulance. The cause of the crash is still unknown.
