Bright Future Secondary School, under the PLO Group, and Nepalirika Hotel have signed a meaningful Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen hospitality education through real-world training and employment opportunities for students.
Goals of the Partnership
The agreement aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry practice, equipping +2 level Hotel Management students with direct hands-on experience and improving their long-term job prospects.
Highlights of the Agreement
- Grade 11 and 12 students will complete a mandatory one-month internship at Nepalirika Hotel each academic year.
- Every 15 days, students will take part in department-wise, hands-on training at the hotel.
- Each year, 10 qualified students will be offered job placements at Nepalirika Hotel.

Aakash Dulal, Managing Director of Nepalirika Hotel, said, “We’re taking a significant step to reduce the distance between education and the hospitality industry. Now, our students will not just study theory—they’ll gain practical experience working directly in the field.”
The General Manager of Nepalirika Hotel provided an overview of the various opportunities available to students. The Principal of Bright Future School expressed confidence that this collaboration would help students build meaningful careers in hospitality.
Program Participation
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by local education officials, parents, business community members, and media representatives. The event also included a media tour, Q&A session, and hotel observation program.
