On its second day, Kannappa collected around Rs 7 crore net across all Indian languages, according to Sacnilk. This brought the total Indian net collection to Rs 16.35 crore in just two days. Industry experts predict that Kannappa could become Vishnu Manchu’s highest-grossing film to date.
Kannappa worldwide collection day 1 and overseas performance
The film earned a total of Rs 11 crore gross in India on day 1. Overseas, the box office response was slower, with collections of around Rs 2 crore. The worldwide gross for the opening day reached Rs 13 crore.
